Dedicated Customer Support Channels
We have created dedicated customer support channels to help centralize communications and improve GHVP customer service across the state. DBHDD GHVP staff will ask you to send your request through our request form on ZenDesk instead of to their work emails.
All GHVP Providers should use the request submission form. Please submit your request here.
Your request will be routed first to the Regional Field Office that works with your agency.
We also have dedicated channels for GHVP property owners and program enrollees which can be selected when completing the request form. Please share this link whenever a landlord or client needs to reach out directly to DBHDD:

When contacting DBHDD, please be sure to provide the following pieces of information:
- Tenant Name and CID
- Complete Tenant Address (including the apartment #)
- Describe the question you have or the issue you are experiencing
Data Security Information
ZenDesk is HIPAA compliant. This means you do not need to encrypt information to send it to DBHDD via ZenDesk, and DBHDD can send responses without requiring de-encryption steps for you as the recipient. All information sent via ZenDesk is secure.
Everyone is required to log in to read DBHDD responses to tickets, as well as to access any attachments. This ensures data security and maintains mutual HIPAA compliance.
